John SL Ng

John is Executive Consultant of Cuff Cleaner Inc. Canada, responsible for the Company’s business strategies plus corporate development and operations in the Asia-Pacific Region.

John has extensive experience in the fields of law enforcement and security.  Prior to joining Cuff Cleaner, he served the Hong Kong Police Force for over 26 years, rising to the rank of Police Superintendent.  John continued his profession when he was later transferred to the Security Bureau as Government Security Officer in 1993, responsible for planning and implementation of security policies, as well as heading up the Emergency Support Unit for the Government of Hong Kong’s contingency planning for major disasters.  He retired in 2007.

John’s professional experience also includes founding member of the Asian Professional Security Association (1994), which he currently serves as Honorary President.  In addition, he is also a member of Hong Kong Red Cross International and Relief Service Management Committee and the Programme Advisor for a Policing and Security Studies program offered by The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
